compounding extrusion line / for PVC

The SJW(C) model is a compounding extrusion line developed by Xinda Plastics Machinery. It has a diameter that ranges from ? 45 mm up to 200 mm and a mass flow rate that ranges from 40 kg/h up to 3600 kg/h. The line is specifically designed to cater applications that include PVC compounding pelletizing, shoe sole compounds , wire and cable compounds as well as concentrated color master batch.

In addition, the stock will fall into the extruding single screw after fully dispersed and distributed in Co-Kneader. This will assure that the materials that are being processed in a lower temperature with stable extrusion.
